Multimatic Technical Centre Europe (MTCE) provides engineering and product development services to race teams and OEM’s around the world. It is Multimatic's Centre of Excellence for the ongoing design, development and implementation of DSSV® Damping Technology, and has established a strong relationship with key international Motorsports organizations. MTCE is also a leading contract engineering and vehicle development resource to major automotive OEMs and a growing number of niche vehicle manufacturers.
MTCE is currently seeking to recruit a HR and Recruitment Administrator to join the team. This is a busy and varied role suited to someone who is looking to grow their HR career. If you enjoy admin, have high attention to detail and thrive in an ever changing environment then this could be for you. The ability to operate at all times in a confidential and professional manner is key as you will be dealing with all levels of the organisation.
The key duties are outlines but not limited to the following:
Coordinate recruitment administration and activities; posting adverts, logging and responding to applicants,correspondance with applicants and agencies, scheduling and supporting in interviews. Produces offer letters and contractual documents for successful hires.
Support office manager with reception cover, business lunch organisation and travel bookings as required.
Complete all relevant new starter documentation including right to work checks, participate in the induction process, conduct inductions for new hires.
Monitor the probation period, providing 3 month review documentation for managers. Ensures auto enrollment to Pension scheme and invite sent to join the benefits scheme.
Prepare documentation for Managers to conduct bi annual reviews.
Maintain Personnel Database, paper and electronic personnel files. Manage all data in accordance with the GDPR record of processing guidelines.
Prepare all documentation in relation to employment updates e.g. transfers, changes to role, merit increases.
Provide holiday, sickness and absence administration and produces data as required by managers to report out on these. Maintain Out of Office Calendar for business.
Acknowledges employee resignations and conducts exit interviews.
Provide payroll administration, collating clock cards for authorisation, inputting all changes to payroll including pay reviews, salary sacrifice schemes, expenses, pension and benefit information.
Provide benefit and other advice to employees i.e. maternity / paternity leave, holiday entitlement, benefits, salary sacrifice schemes, employee rights etc..
Administers the training process, training requests, training database and training evaluation documents.
What Multimatic can offer you:
Full time permanent position competitive pay rate depending on experience.
Standard working week 08:00 – 17:00 but flexibility is required to work occasional evenings and weekends when projects dictate.
20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. Plus 2 Multimatic days given to be taken between Christmas and New Year
