Multimatic Special Vehicle Operations (MSVO) is the exclusive production facility of the Ford GT Mk IV supercar, Ford Mustang GT4 and the Ford Bronco DR racing truck.



The role of a warehouse team member is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Participating in inventory management, coordinating shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This role is key in supporting the logistics team to ensure that all shipping documents are kept for inventory and vehicle builds as well as spare parts support direct to customers.



  • Coordinate activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and updating the inventory management system.
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean, following proper safety and security measures.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfil orders and meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in the warehouse, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
  • MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • To be able to work in a team environment.
  • Strong 'can do' attitude.
  • Process paperwork from the previous day and deliver it to the required office.
  • Raise delivery notes and arrange shipments to customers as required.
  • Maintains working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Plan and track the shipment according to customer requirements.


  • Proven experience in a warehouse or similar role
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures (Microsoft excel and other web-based software)
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Counterbalance Forklift License (preferable)
