Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting a Data Administrator to provide timely and accurate day to day administration, assist in accurate stores inventory and purchase order management to maintain correct inventory levels.
Key responsibilities:
Complete all administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner
Support the transition to a new ERP / MRP system
Maintain an accurate system for stock management records and keep stock control systems up to date
Ensure correct stock holding and review minimum and maximum quantities as required
Complete monthly / perpetual stock take activities
Place orders with suppliers and manage any queries and credits
Communicate with internal customers regarding prices and changes
Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure the best service
Basic requirements:
Previous experience working in a Stores/Warehouse environment
Excellent computer skills; specifically advanced Excel and ERP/MRP experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
Flexibility to take on other duties, cover for holidays and sickness
