Position Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support the efficient running of the stores department.  This role will work with both technical and general stores, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.  This is an excellent opportunity for the successful applicant to gain valuable knowledge which could lead to future development and progression within MCFT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update technical and general stock information ensuring all records are accurately maintained
  • Book technical stock in and out of Stores
  • Flag any low stock to the Technical and General Stores Coordinator
  • Assist with the monthly stock take and ad hoc audits as required
  • General administration duties relating to purchasing and stock

Basic Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Stores/Warehouse
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Flexible to take on other duties and cover for holidays and sickness

Desirables:

  • A full UK driving licence
