Multimatic Indiana - New Haven has an opening for a Production Buyer. They will direct and coordinates customer service activities for all communications with the customer, electronic, written and verbal. Communicates customers needs with the manufacturing division issuing requirement reports, and communicating customer requests. Coordinates activities of hourly employees with production concerning ordering, receiving, storing and shipping both raw materials and finished goods. Responsible for ordering raw material, work in process, and finished goods inventory. Places orders for goods and services and tracks orders to ensure timely delivery. This position is the primary customer contact regarding material requirements.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
An Associate’s Degree (college or technical school); and/or five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
