Multimatic Anton Manufacturing is looking for a Traffic Administrator who will report to the Shipping Supervisor, and be responsible for improving the competitiveness and profitability of the company by ensuring timeliness and continuous improvement in our logistics department

Duties and Responsibilities:
Use ERP system, Customer Portals for traffic functions.
Responsible for participating in rotating coverage for Weekends, Holidays, After Hours and Expedites.
Responsible for cross training and back up coverage for absences and vacations.
Responsible for Receiving and Processing Customer Releases through EDI, fax and email.
Responsible for Customer Order Discrepancies including Cumulative.
Responsible for Shipping Schedules by Customer.
Responsible for communication with Supervisor and customer regarding potential/actual Short Shipments.
Responsible for preparing accurate and timely Invoicing / Paperwork.
Responsible for entering Customer Orders/Spot PO’s
Responsible for accurate Cumulative Totals and reconciling differences.
Responsible for on time Advanced Shipping Notices (A.S.N.s).
Responsible for accurate Bar Code Labels/ Information and obtaining customer approval.
Responsible for on time and accurate response to on-line Inventory Systems (Ford ‑D.D.L.).
Responsible for following accurately the Filing Protocol.
Responsible for ensuring Receiving Advices are received from Customer.
Responsible for ensuring supply and tracking of Returnable Containers as well as inventory accuracy.
Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of Customer systems (Portals) for tracking returnable containers.
Responsible for Voiding Invoices.
Responsible for accurately completing the Communication Log.
Responsible for Forecasting ‑ (Customer)
Responsible for monitoring changes and communicating any customer demand changes.
Responsible for researching and resolving customer concerns, acting as liaison between customer and Multimatic.
Responsible for accurate Customs Documentation including Certs, NAFTA paperwork, Import/Export paperwork
Responsible for Mailing Invoices.
Responsible for Payment Advices.
Responsible for E.D.I. Invoices (810 transaction).
Responsible for understanding and following Customer Standards.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
One year of relevant experience in automotive customer service at Tier 1 level excellent knowledge of computers and computer software Windows, Outlook, Excel, SAP).
Ability to successfully interact with customers, customs, and freight companies etc.
Knowledge of NAFTA, Custom laws and regulations.
Good clerical and organizational skills.
Knowledge of AIAG standards.
Knowledge of EDI systems.
Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.
Ability to read, write and speak English and some travel is required.
