 Position Overview:

Multimatic Technical Centre Europe (MTCE) provides engineering and product development services to race teams and OEM’s around the world. It is Multimatic's Centre of Excellence for the ongoing design, development and implementation of DSSV® Damping Technology, and has established a strong relationship with key international Motorsports organisations. MTCE is also a leading contract engineering and vehicle development resource to major automotive OEMs and a growing number of niche vehicle manufacturers.

MTCE is currently seeking to recruit an HR Administrator to join the team. This is a busy and varied role suited to someone who is starting their HR career. If you enjoy administration, have strong attention to detail and thrive in an ever changing environment then this could be for you. The ability to operate at all times in a confidential and professional manner is key as you will be dealing with all levels of the organisation.

The key duties are outlines but not limited to the following:

  • Support the HR team with reception cover, business lunch organisation and travel bookings as required.
  • Monitor the probation period, providing 3 month review documentation for managers. Ensure auto enrolment to Pension scheme and invites sent to join the benefits scheme.
  • Prepare documentation for Managers to conduct bi annual reviews.
  • Maintain Personnel Database and electronic personnel files. Manage all data in accordance with the GDPR record of processing guidelines.
  • Prepare all documentation in relation to employment updates e.g. transfers, changes to role, merit increases.
  • Provide holiday, sickness and absence administration and produce data as required by managers to report out on these. 
  • Provide payroll administration, collating clock cards for authorisation, inputting all changes to payroll including pay reviews, salary sacrifice schemes, expenses, pension and benefit information.
  • Administer the training process, training requests, training database and training evaluation documents.

  • Full time permanent position although part time job share applicants would be considered.
  • Hours 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
