We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead the day to day functions of this busy area.
Scope of Position:
To manage shipping and receiving, purchasing, stock control.
Booking all shipments out of both the Hethel and Wymondham sites.
Arranging imports of international shipments so will need to liaise with importers regarding commodity coding for customs clearance information.
Book all incoming parts into the MRP system and update associated spread sheets.
Maintain the spread sheets/stock levels and raising orders for parts as the need arises
knowledge of international shipping and receiving
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft project (not a requirement, but would be an advantage)
knowledge of MRP systems ( M2K)
UK Driving License.
Forklift license would be an advantage
A high level of commitment and attention to detail is critical
The ability to work to tight lead times, consistently reproducing high quality work.
Work well as part of team and prepared to be flexible to meet the needs of the team & customer demand.
Enthusiastic with a positive can do attitude.
