We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Prototype / Motorsports Mechanic to join our leading Prototype team.
Working Day:
Working to tight lead times you will thrive in a busy and ever changing workshop. No two days are the same and you will enjoy variety in your work. Buliding niche vehicles one day, supporting track testing and press events another. Some foreign travel may be required.
What Multimatic can offer you:
- Full time permanent position competitive pay rate depending on experience.
- Standard working week 08:00 – 17:00 but flexibility is required to work occasional evenings and weekends when projects dictate.
- 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. Plus 2 Multimatic days given to be taken between Christmas and New Year

About you:
- You will have a passion for the automotive industry and be excited at the idea of working with niche vehicles.
- A high level of commitment and attention to detail is critical
- The ability to work to tight lead times, consistently reproducing high quality work.
- Work well as part of team and prepared to be flexible to meet the needs of the team & customer demand.
- Enthusiastic with a positive can do attitude.
- Previous experience of working in motor racing would be an advantage
