Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions (MDS) is one of the newest of Multimatic’s North American divisions. It is a supplier of suspension parts and welded assemblies to the automotive industry, manufacturing front and rear lower control arms, links, stabilizer bars and various welded assemblies in a modern 240,000 square foot facility.
Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions is looking for a Human Resource Administrator to provide support services to the Human Resources Department.
Co-ordinate and organize the new hire orientation training.
Update and maintain the training database.
Monitor training effectiveness.
Coordinate for Employee Service Award Programs.
Maintain job description database.
Provide HR Documentation for employee meetings.
Provide K.M.I. indicators for GEAR program.
Assist filling vacancies for production using temporary agencies.
Prepare miscellaneous documentation for H.R.
Co-ordinate plant trainings including First Aid, Forklift/Material Handling equipment, Propane, WHIMS, Health and Safety and Employee development training as required.
Perform and coordination some of the required training including new hire Orientation.
Co-ordinate and monitor Uniform Program.
Clarify enquiries from Employee regarding Health Benefit and Retirement Benefit program.
Member of JHSC monthly meeting.
Insure all literature/information boards are up to date and continually stocked.
Participate in the annual departmental operating budget.
Have post secondary education, preferably in Human Resources Management.
Have relevant Training experience
Possess excellent presentation skills
Possess excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Be able to interact successfully with all levels of employees in the company.
Competent in computer software (Windows).
