JR. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Analyst (Contract)
Location: Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions, East Gwillimbury, Ontario, Canada
Position Overview:
Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions (MDS) is one of the newest of Multimatic’s North American divisions. It is a supplier of suspension parts and welded assemblies to the automotive industry, manufacturing front and rear lower control arms, links, stabilizer bars and various welded assemblies in a modern 240,000 square foot facility.
Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions is looking for a Junior Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Analyst who will be responsible for assisting the controller in the assessment of company performance by the study and analysis of financial and operational data.
This is a contract position for July 18, 2022 to August 25, 2023.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function such as distribution of invoices, entering manual invoices (e.g. tooling), applying cash receipts.
- Support weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Support matching AP invoices to packing slips and purchase orders.
- Support adjusting AP invoices when prices do not correspond with the purchase order or requisition.
- Support entering all approved AP invoices into the computer system (e.g.SAP).
- Assist with phone coverage at reception as required.
- Support the accounts payable team during auditing season (i.e. pulling invoices for auditors).
Education and Experience:
- Completion of a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years’ accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. excel).
- Proficient in SAP.
- Above average analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
