Receptionist
Location: Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions, East Gwillimbury, Ontario, Canada
Position Overview:
Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions (MDS) is one of the newest of Multimatic’s North American divisions. It is a supplier of suspension parts and welded assemblies to the automotive industry, manufacturing front and rear lower control arms, links, stabilizer bars and various welded assemblies in a modern 240,000 square foot facility.
Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions is looking for a Receptionist who will be responsible for providing support to the MRO Buyer and carrying out reception duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring facility entry protocols are followed and all documentation is in place.
- Issuing pass cards & ensure they are returned at the end of the day.
- Date stamping and alphabetically sorting all packing slips according to procedure.
- Date stamping, scanning, saving and filing all Bills of Lading according to procedure.
- Informing the appropriate recipient of any packages that are dropped off.
- Performing other General Housekeeping requirements as per the established standards. This includes locking all cabinets and drawers at the end of the day, placing the phone on auto, turning the heat and lights off.
- Completing a PDF COVID questionnaire for each guest weekly and saving it to in the respective month/week folders.
- Maintaining and updating the visitor log as visitors enter and exit the facility.
- Ensure all BOLs are date stamped and scanned into the appropriate folder.
Education and Experience:
- Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to enable amicable vendor and interdepartmental relationships.
- Excellent communication skills relative to telephone manners and written reporting.
- Highly conscientious; must be detail oriented.
