Salesforce Administrator
Location: Multimatic Product Services, Novi, Michigan, United States

Who you’ll work with:
Global Sales Organization including; VP of Sales & Marketing, Executive Sales Directors, Technical Sales Managers. Business Unit Stakeholders, Engineering, IT, HR, Finance
Who you’ll report to: Executive Director of Sales & Engineering
Responsibilities include:
Management of the Salesforce platform as the global interface to Multimatic
Collaborate and engage with the business stakeholders to prioritize project pipeline and deliver enhancements
Provide internal consultancy to the business for continuous business process improvement, process design.
Manage and align platform standards with various internal departments (IT, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Program/Platform Management, etc.)
Develop and implement the Salesforce roadmap and plan all future platform initiatives
Manage platform software configuration including new releases, updates and bug fixes
Monitor and prioritize backlogs of feature requests from the business
Develop, execute and download requested/required organizational data reports
Effectively manage communication of project status to business unit stakeholders
Support integration to additional organizational platforms (One Stream, SAP, SharePoint, etc.)
Develop and deliver user training for new employees, execute live training, manage materials
Build and manage relationships with Salesforce support, consultants and vendors
User support activity including; new user set up, tracking licenses, troubleshooting/navigating the system
Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or applicable field from an accredited University
Completion of official Salesforce ‘Administrator’ and ‘Advanced Administrator’ certifications
Experience in a Sales role focused on commercial sales process data analytics
3+ years of Salesforce project management experience
Experience in configuring, implementing and managing Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
Ability to prioritize responsibility, organizational requests and meet project deadlines
Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple business units
Demonstrated experience delivering results within an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment.
Global team experience in the Automotive Industry and an understanding OEM/Supplier relationships
A high level of proficiency using; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
A solutions based customer relations approach with clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability and valid documentation to travel internationally
Passion, and the ability to demonstrate perseverance
