CLEAN ROOM TECHNICIAN
Multimatic is a global automotive supply company providing hardware and engineering services to OEMs around the world. Its UK-based engineering division, Multimatic Technical Centre Europe (MTCE), is a leading supplier of engineering and vehicle development services to major automotive OEMs and a growing number of niche vehicle manufacturers. Specialties include suspension systems, vehicle dynamics, carbon fibre structural components, mechanisms and mechatronics.
MTCE is seeking a Clean Room Technician to work in our in-house Clean Room to inspect, clean, analyse and package parts in line with assembly and engineering requirements. We are looking for various shift patterns and can be flexible.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accept components into the laboratory accompanied by associated paperwork and log data
- Perform visual examination of components and report any non-conformance
- Prepare components for cleaning and analysis
- Complete flushing & associated tasks to deliver finished product to required specifications
- Inspect/examine components to ensure required specifications have been obtained
- Correctly package/seal components to ensure cleanliness levels are maintained
- Ensure correct labelling is affixed to component packaging
- Completion of paperwork in conformance with QA and Project Administration requirements
- Assist with maintaining laboratory as a clean and safe working environment
- Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management systems (e.g. TS 16949, ISO 9001:2015).
- Maintains working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience within a similar department
- Demonstrate ability to be able to learn various software packages
- Basic knowledge of MS Windows
- Basic mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English
