Paint Sprayer / Technician
Basic Salary: £ + Overtime
Working Hours: 42.5 Hours
Location: Coventry

Skilled & experienced vehicle body Paint Sprayer required for full time vacancy. Day / nightshift opportunity available.
You will be fully conversant with using both water and solvent based paints.
Must have extensive hands on experience in a high end vehicle painting environment, conducting both local repairs and full resprays. 

The Paint Sprayer role would involve but not limited to:

Prepare vehicles for Paint.
Mixing paint
Spray Primer, Basecoat & Clearcoat paints
Polish panels / full vehicles to the required standard
Quality check on completion ensuring the correct standards are reached
Rework any areas that are not to standard.

The ideal Paint Sprayer candidate would be:

Be flexible towards production needs.
You will be an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer with a stable work history.
You will preferably hold a recognised paint qualification - City Guilds or equivalent.
You will work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
Previous experience of Spraying metallic is essential.
Previous experience of Spraying Tri Pearl colours would be advantageous but not essential.
Be able to work individually under minimal supervision as well as working as a part of a team. Have a great eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
Have excellent time keeping.
