Position Overview
Multimatic Motorsports Europe is currently seeking to recruit both No.1 & No.2 Race Mechanics who will report to the Chief Mechanic or No.1 Mechanic as applicable and assume responsibility for preparing race cars to the highest professional standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
As a Multimatic Race Mechanic you will be responsible for the assembly, service and operation of the car(s) at race events around the globe and at the team base. You will take direction primarily from your No.1 or Chief Mechanic, as well as from the Race Engineer and Team Principal from time to time. You need to be an excellent team player with a good work ethic and flexible attitude to work. The roles will include extensive travel, require a high level of commitment, and candidates must possess a strong competitive nature.
Education and Experience:
You must be an experienced motorsport technician and ideally have worked within a factory team at World Championship level. You will be required to be part of the team pit stop crew and experience in this area would be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will need to exhibit strong mechanical/technical and organisational skills, and must be computer literate to a basic level.
