It is a supplier of suspension parts and welded assemblies to the automotive industry, manufacturing front and rear lower control arms, links, stabilizer bars and various welded assemblies in a modern 240,000 square foot facility.
Position Overview:
Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions is looking for a Business Analyst to perform and administer support in the sales functions of the organization. Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Coordinator with customer required breakdown forms and cost models.
- Manage the RFQ log with the MSM administrator.
- Work with other departments to set up an initial quote meeting and distribute the required information for the completion of quotes.
- Request, gather, and input the information that is required from all designated channels to complete the various steps that are mandatory in the quoting process.
- Update and maintain customer specific databases and forms.
- Co-ordinate VA/VE activity. Initiate workshops, assemble ideas, quotes, and tracking implementation.
- Create and maintain the piece price matrix form, piece price tracking form, and tooling tracking form.
- Support in gathering information required to perform a quote to actual.
Basic Requirements:
- Completion of a college diploma in a related field (i.e. business, professional sales, sales and marketing).
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, technically demanding environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be a clear, concise and persuasive communicator.
