Position Overview:
The Multimatic Mechanisms Group manufactures high-quality closure hardware systems for all vehicle applications. With facilities in North America and Europe, and representation in all major markets, the Multimatic Mechanisms Group is a world-class, full-service supplier providing stamped, profile, cast and forged hinge systems for all applications including door, hood, trunk, liftgate/decklid and sliding doors, as well as closure-checking, -assist and power devices.
Multimatic Anton requires a Cold Heading Set-up Person who will operate and maintain the equipment, while ensuring quality and the ability to meet production requirements in a timely manner.

Basic Requirements :
As an active member of the production team, the cold heading set up person will be required to set up and operate the equipment, and be responsible for change overs and production reporting and quality checks as well as scanning information into the SAP system.
Successful candidates in this role will have a high regard for safety and follow the standards of QS9000, TS 16949 and ISO14001. Having exposure to the principles of continuous improvement techniques and Kaizen are a definite asset.
You must have a least 5 years of experience as a cold heading set up person in an automotive setting.
